All of our pieces are made to order, so please allow up to 3-4 weeks of production time from the day your order is placed until shipment.

Due to the high value of our fine jewelry, orders are shipped free via JM Shipping Solutions, and we request that you inspect your item for damage immediately upon its arrival. In the rare event that your package or item shows any sign of damage, contact us immediately and retain the shipment's packaging, should an inspection be required in the event of an insurance claim.
